Terms of Use

Using The Wall means you agree to these terms. The product is evolving — when these change in any material way, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and call it out on the dashboard before the change takes effect.

1. What this is

The Wall is a market and world-intelligence dashboard that aggregates and presents publicly-available data: market prices, macroeconomic indicators, congressional disclosures, AI leaderboards, housing statistics, and editorial summaries.

It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. See our Disclaimers page for the full statement on what this product is and is not.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the site using automated tools without our written permission. The underlying data sources have their own terms; respect them.
  • Re-distribute, resell, or rebrand the site’s editorial content, composite scores, or layouts as your own.
  • Attempt to bypass any rate limits, access controls, or paid tiers we may put in place.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure except through a good-faith security report sent to hello@thewall.dashboard.
  • Use the site to harass, defame, or harm any person, including public figures whose disclosures we display.

3. Intellectual property

The Wall’s name, design system, layouts, editorial copy, and source code are owned by us (or our licensors). Underlying public data (e.g. FRED series, congressional filings, Census statistics) is not owned by us and is reproduced from primary sources. See the Data sources page for credits.

You may share screenshots and link to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing our editorial summaries or composite scores in full requires permission.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

The free dashboard does not require an account. Some features require a free account (email and password), and Premium is a paid subscription. By creating an account or subscribing:

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown on the Pricing page (currently $25/month or $240/year) and starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment is processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium until then.
  • We do not generally offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will consider good-faith refund requests sent to hello@thewall.dashboard on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may change prices with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the prior price through the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-party content and links

Many panels link out to primary sources (lab blogs, SEC filings, FRED series, news outlets). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Following a link is at your own discretion.

6. Disclaimers

Not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, asset, or financial product. You are responsible for your own decisions. See the Disclaimers page for the full statement.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for any purpose, or non-infringement. Data feeds can be late, wrong, or missing. Composite scores and proxy metrics are estimates by design. Model-generated and AI-assisted summaries can be incorrect.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising out of your use of the site — including trading decisions you make based on what you see here. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any reader who violates these terms or who appears to be abusing the service. You may stop using the site at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the home jurisdiction of the operator — to be designated once a formal operating entity is established — without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Until that jurisdiction is designated, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. We will update this section with the specific governing state and venue when the entity is formed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The “Last updated” line at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the dashboard before they take effect.
